7. Returns
If you are not satisfied with your purchase and wish to make a return, you will need to email customerservice@H2OSplashWaterFilters.com, to acquire a Return of Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA). Merchandise returned without an RMA will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender. Please keep all original packaging!!! We only accept a return if it is returned in the original box that the product was sent to the purchaser in. We are not able to accept return requests after 30 days of the customer's receipt of the merchandise. Returns must include the oriqinal invoice. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to pay for all shipping on any returns. Restocking, repair and replacement fees may apply. All returns must be unused and in unopened oriqinal packaqinq and include all items and manuals oriqinally shipped. Refused Shipments are subject to a 25% restocking fee plus the purchaser is responsible for the return shipping charges. If a purchaser wishes to cancel an order (provided it is not a special order product), it is the responsibility of the purchaser to cancel the order prior to the product being shipped. If a purchaser cancels an order after the product has been shipped, the refused shipment on return will be subject to a 25% restocking fee plus the return shipping charges. _________________________________________
8. Product Damaged in Transit
If the package appears damaged on the outside, please refuse to accept the package from the shipper or please make sure that the delivery slip is noted stating that the package is/appears damaged. Please open all boxes immediately and check for contents and damage. We must know within 2 days of delivery if there is any damage/problems. Also, if there is any internal (non-visible) damage, this should be reported to the carrier within 2 days of receiving the product. _________________________________________
9. Wrong Products Received
In the rare event that you receive a product different than what was ordered, we must be contacted within 2 business days from the receipt of the shipment. If we made an error in shipping and we are contacted within the specified time, you will be issued an RMA and instructions on how and where to return the product. H2OSplashWaterFilters.com will be responsible for the shipping charges and you will be shipped the correct product(s). ______________________________________________
10. Sales Tax
